测量磁芯脉冲磁化特性是进行脉冲磁元件的设计和性能分析的必要环节。该文采用理论与实验相结合的方法分析了磁芯的脉冲磁化特性测量及不同测量方法的适用范围。由单绕组测量回路得到的 B-H 曲线包含磁芯磁化及空间磁化两部分,由双绕组测量回路得到的 B-H 曲线仅反映磁芯脉冲磁化特性。采用单绕组脉冲磁化特性测量获得的磁芯伏秒积、平均饱和电感偏大,获得非线性电感的ψ-i特性,适用于磁开关和带磁芯脉冲电感的设计和性能分析;而双绕组脉冲磁化特性测量电路更适用于测量磁芯本身的脉冲磁化特性,适用于脉冲变压器和磁芯式电流互感器的设计和磁芯材料脉冲磁化特性的研究。

It is necessary to measure pulse magnetization characteristic of the magnetic cores when designing and analyzing the performance of pulse magnetic elements. In this paper, the measuring methods and their application of pulse magnetization characteristics are analyzed based on theoretical and experimental results. TheB-H curves obtained from the single winding circuit include the core magnetization and space magnetization, and those obtained from the double wingding circuit only reflect the pulse magnetization characteristics. Under single winding test, the voltage second product, and average saturated inductance are larger, and theΨ-i characteristics can be used in the design and performance analysis of magnetic switches and magnetic core inductors. The results under double winding test are more suitable for the analysis of pulse magnetic properties of the core itself, and can be used in the design of pulse transformers and pulse current transformers.
