为确保港珠澳大桥西人工岛隧道暗埋段结构施工安全,结合以往箱涵施工经验及现场施工条件,采用承插型盘扣式钢管支架作为模板支撑架及工作架,有效地保证了墙体、顶板施工安全。对新型模板支撑架施工技术及安全防控措施进行了详细总结,以期为类似工程施工提供借鉴。

In order to guarantee the construction safety of the buried section in the west island tunnel of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, combining the construction experience and site construction conditions for box culvert, we used the disk lock steel tubular scaffold as the formwork support trestle and working trestle, it can guarantee the construction safety of the wall and roof. We summarized the construction technology and safety control measures of the new formwork support trestle, and expect that the working experience can be referenced for similar projects.
