Taking the project case of prefabricated immersed tube in the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project, on which aiming at this project featured by 120 years expiration limits, the whole process is undergone quality control and management in very rigid accordance with the quality management regulations, with especially strict control over the staff members and the material input. Besides this, with the sophisticated machinery and equipment and the quality advancement based on the activity and contest based competition etc., the quality of the prefabricated immersed tube can be ensured. This paper can provide references for the quality management and control of similar projects.
