芳香性药物具挥发性和特殊气味，有效部位主要为挥发油，有效成分十分复杂，主要为挥发性成分。近年来，关于芳香性药物镇定安神的研究日益增多，在医药方面已显示出广阔的应用前景，但缺乏系统深入研究。该文就芳香性药物在中枢神经系统镇定安眠方面的研究成果进行了综述，以期对其镇定安神药效物质基础的进一步研究提供科学依据，并为其应用于治疗失眠症状提供理论依据。

Aromatic herbs are volatility with special smell. Their active ingredients are complex, and mainly include volatile components. In recent years, researches in calming and hypnotizing about essential oils, aromatic herbs are increasing, showing broad application prospects. In this paper, research results achieved about essential oils, aromatic herbs and volatile components in the central nervous sys-tem calming and hypnotic are reviewed, which will provide a scientific basis for further study of the material basis of efficacy in calm-ing the nerves and provide references for their usage in the treatment of insomnia.
