基于辽宁某煤矿1201工作面完全沿空掘巷地质条件,针对巷旁支护体在动压作用下容易破坏的特点,采用巷旁支护体顶部施加柔性垫层及侧向施加预应力钢筋的措施。沿空巷道巷内支护采用高强度预应力锚杆锚索支护系统,并进行巷道煤壁侧帮W型钢带以及贴帮支设木支柱加强支护,以消除巷道内不均衡载荷。 FLAC3D 数值模拟结果表明:巷旁支护体切顶能力强、沿空巷道支护效果良好。现场试验巷道位移量观测表明:沿空巷道稳定性好,完全沿空掘巷支护方案可以应用到现场。

For the geological condition of roadway completely driven along gob in 1201 mining face of a mine in Liaoning Province, roadway-side supporting body was easily be destroyed by dynamic force.Flexible cushion was added at the top of supporting body and pre-stress steel bar was applied at the side of supporting body.Pre-stress anchored bolt and cable supporting system was used in road-way supporting, aided by W-style steel belt at the coal side and wood prop for reinforcement, to eliminate unbalance load.FLAC3D nu-merical simulation found that cutting roof ability of roadway-side supporting was strong and supporting effect was excellent.Field obser-vation for roadway displacement showed that the roadway driven along gob was stable and that the support project could be used in prac-tice.
