目的:建立测定保健食品中黄曲霉毒素M1的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。方法样品经甲醇超声提取,用氰基柱将黄曲霉毒素 M1分离,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行测定,外标法定量。结果黄曲霉毒素 M1标准曲线在0.1~2.0 ng/mL范围内有良好的线性关系, r>0.9998,回收率为77.5%~97.8%, RSD<5.0%,检出限为0.1μg/kg。结论该方法结果准确可靠,可节省样品前处理时间,有利于降低检验成本,适用于保健食品中黄曲霉毒素M1的限量测定。

목적:건립측정보건식품중황곡매독소M1적고효액상색보-천련질보법。방법양품경갑순초성제취,용청기주장황곡매독소 M1분리,용고효액상색보-천련질보진행측정,외표법정량。결과황곡매독소 M1표준곡선재0.1~2.0 ng/mL범위내유량호적선성관계, r>0.9998,회수솔위77.5%~97.8%, RSD<5.0%,검출한위0.1μg/kg。결론해방법결과준학가고,가절성양품전처리시간,유리우강저검험성본,괄용우보건식품중황곡매독소M1적한량측정。
Objective To establish a method for determination of aflatoxin M1 in health food by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Methods The samples were ultrasonic extracted with methanol, and aflatoxin M1 were separated with the cyano column by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, then detected by external standard method. Results Aflatoxin M1 standard curve had a good linear relationship within 0.1~2.0 ng/mL (r>0.9998), the recovery was 77.5%~97.8%, RSD<5.0%, and the limit of quantification was 0.1 μg/kg. Conclusion The established method is accurate and reliable, and it can save the pretreatment time of sample and reduce the test cost. It is applicable for the determination of aflatoxin M1 in health food.
