目的:观察前列地尔对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)肝损害的防护作用。方法将31例 SAP 肝损害患者按照平行对照设计原理,随机分为对照组15例和试验组16例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔注射液治疗,以全自动生化分析仪测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、白蛋白(ALB)水平;特定蛋白分析仪监测 C 反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果试验组治疗1周后 ALT、AST、TBIL、GGT 明显低于对照组( P <0.05),治疗2周后 ALB 水平明显高于对照组( P <0.05),治疗1周后血浆 CRP 水平明显低于对照组( P <0.05)。结论前列地尔可对 SAP 肝损害起防护作用。

목적:관찰전렬지이대중증급성이선염(SAP)간손해적방호작용。방법장31례 SAP 간손해환자안조평행대조설계원리,수궤분위대조조15례화시험조16례。대조조채용상규치료,시험조재상규치료기출상가용전렬지이주사액치료,이전자동생화분석의측정혈청병안산안기전이매(ALT)、천문동안산안기전이매(AST)、곡안선기전이매(GGT)、총담홍소(TBIL)、백단백(ALB)수평;특정단백분석의감측 C 반응단백(CRP)수평。결과시험조치료1주후 ALT、AST、TBIL、GGT 명현저우대조조( P <0.05),치료2주후 ALB 수평명현고우대조조( P <0.05),치료1주후혈장 CRP 수평명현저우대조조( P <0.05)。결론전렬지이가대 SAP 간손해기방호작용。
Objective To observe the protective effects of prostaglandin on liver injury caused by severe acute pancreatitis ( SAP ) . Methods Thirty - one SAP patients with liver injury were randomly divided into controlgroup. ( n = 15) and testgroup ( n = 16). Patients in controlgroup were treated with routine method, and patients in testgroup were treated with routine method plus prostaglandin injec-tion. the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), glutamyl transferase (GGT), total bilirubin (TBIL), Albumin(ALB), were measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer. C - Reactive protein(CRP) were measured by particular pro-tein analyzer. Results The Plasma levels of ALT, AST, GGT, TBIL decreased in both group after admission, but the extent of reduction in testgroup was significantly higher than that in group controlgroup( P < 0. 05) . the level of TLB in controlgroup patients with SAP was significantly lower than that in testgroup after treatment 2 weeks later( P < 0. 05). The extent of reduction Plasma levels of CRP in testgroup was significantly higher than that in group controlgroup 1 week later( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion prostaglandin can play a protective role in liver injury caused by SAP.
