将热氧技术引入煤气化工艺,基于实验室多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化热态试验平台,在敞开空间及气化炉内对热氧喷嘴开展水煤浆气化试验研究。结果表明,热氧喷嘴产生的高温氧气在敞开空间及气化炉内均能直接点燃水煤浆,火焰的对称性和稳定性较好,随着氧碳比的增加,火焰稳定性增强,长度和面积均增大。热氧喷嘴气化颗粒物的平均粒径和残碳含量均低于普通喷嘴常温氧气气化颗粒物,热氧能有效地改善煤浆的雾化效果,增大反应速率,提高煤颗粒燃尽率。气流床水煤浆气化炉无需预热即可通过热氧喷嘴直接点火启动,对改善气化炉的运行经济性具有重要意义。

Hot oxygen technology was applied to coal gasification process. Based on a bench-scale opposed multi-burner (OMB) gasifier, hot oxygen burner (HOB) was studied both in open space and gasifier. The results show that HOB can ignite coal water slurry (CWS) directly. The hot oxygen CWS flame has good symmetry and stability. As the atom ratio of oxygen to carbon (O/C) increases, the flame stability is improved, and the flame length and area increase. The average size and residual carbon content of particles in gasifier generated by HOB are less than that generated by normal burner. Hot oxygen can effectively enhance the atomization of CWS, and greatly improve the reaction rate and burnout rate of coal particles. The Entrained-flow CWS gasifier can start up directly by HOB without preheating. The HOB technology is significant to improve the running efficiency of gasifier.
