用户是电力系统服务的最终对象,需求响应(demand response,DR)与用户紧密相关,随着智能电网的发展,传统的交互模式已经不能满足DR领域的需求。该文综合阐述国内外自动需求响应(automated demand response,ADR)系统的研究进展,提出ADR系统概念模型,逻辑架构和物理部署,从而明确 ADR 系统的参与角色及作用;剖析 ADR系统的业务需求,功能需求及非功能需求,分析系统构建的关键技术,包括用例分析技术、信息模型技术、通信传输技术、可视化技术、需求响应测量与评估及一致性和安全要求等,对需求响应自动化建设具有重要意义。最后,介绍ADR在国内的相关试点工程,对下一步工作提出展望。

Customer is the ultimate object of power system services, while demand response (DR) is closely related to the customer. With the development of smart grid, the traditional interactive mode cannot meet the needs of DR field. This paper described the progress of domestic automated demand response (ADR), and then proposed configuration, logical structure and physical deployment of ADR system, which thus cleared the participation role and effects of ADR system. This paper analyzed business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements of ADR system, and also analyzed key technology to build the system, including case analysis technology, information modeling technology, communications transmission technology, visualization technology, demand response measurement and evaluation technology, consistency and safety requirements, and so on. These requirements were important for building ADR system. Finally, ADR related pilot projects in China were introduced, and expectations for the next step were raised.
