在移动社交媒体迅猛发展的当下，受众被大量的新媒体内容与形式所吸引并沉迷于此，报纸面临严峻的考验：发行量和广告收入下降、纸质报纸停刊、报业集团被收购或合并……为了在新的环境中生存，报纸媒体需要进行数字化转型。“数字化优先”策略的提出，是在既保留一定份额印刷业务的前提下，将数字出版置于首要位置的变革方式，一方面保存了旧有的阅读习惯，同时也适应新媒体迷的媒介接触形式。

With the rapid development of mobile social media, the audience is greatly obsessed by the con-tents and forms of a large number of new media. Newspapers are facing severe challenges:circulations and advertising revenues dive;printed newspapers approach their end;and newspaper groups are taken over or merged. In order to survive in the new environment, newspaper media need to be digitalized. The strategy of“Digitalization First”advocates the premise of both retaining a share of printing business while giving priori-ties to digital publishing;it gives considerations to the traditional habit of reading while adapts to the interac-tive forms of the new media.
