The immersed tubes in the Hongkong-Zhuai-Macao Bridge project applied the factory full-section integral casting technology , and the reinforcing cages were required to use full- section integral binding method . We described the key procedures to improve the whole rigidity of reinforcing cages, complete the whole system transformation, and the installation of internal framework. The construction process is safe and controllable, the quality is guaranteed, it can be used to large reinforced assembly line work.
