The cast-in-situ box girder construction of non navigable span, which is in the joint part of island and bridge on the east island of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, is operated in marine, with high security risk. The curve of the box girder is large, and the construction has high requirements, short period, and huge difficulty. The adoption of new type of formwork technology has significantly enhanced the construction schedule, quality and safety of the cast-in-situ box girder.
