港珠澳大桥工程东人工岛非通航孔桥为现浇预应力连续箱梁,共两联,先施工第二联,采用两次分层浇筑施工工艺,第二联施工完成后进行工艺总结改进,第一联则采用全断面一次浇筑成型,优化了模板及混凝土施工工艺,在成品质量、进度成本方面具有显著的成效。

The non navigable bridge of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge east island is a cast-in-situ prestressed concrete box girder, a total of two joints. The second joint was first constructed, adopted twice layered casting construction technology. The technology had been summarized and optimized after the second joint construction finished. Then the first joint adopted the full-section once concreting construction technology, which has optimized the construction technologies of formwork and concrete, and has made big progress in the finished product quality and schedule cost.
