针对港珠澳大桥岛隧工程东人工岛结合部非通航孔桥超长大直径嵌岩桩施工的关键技术进行分析,包括大直径钢护筒施工技术,气举反循环的应用,泥浆配比与控制,复杂地质、气象、水文条件下桩基的成孔工艺,二次清孔控制要点,水下混凝土施工技术,有关问题的预防与处理等,对类似工程施工有较高参考价值。
針對港珠澳大橋島隧工程東人工島結閤部非通航孔橋超長大直徑嵌巖樁施工的關鍵技術進行分析,包括大直徑鋼護筒施工技術,氣舉反循環的應用,泥漿配比與控製,複雜地質、氣象、水文條件下樁基的成孔工藝,二次清孔控製要點,水下混凝土施工技術,有關問題的預防與處理等,對類似工程施工有較高參攷價值。

We analyzed the construction techniques of the long-large diameter rock piles in the Non Navigable Bridge, which is in the joint part of east island of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project,including the construction technology of large diameter steel casing, application of gas lift reverse circulation, mud ratio and control, hole technology under complicated geological, meteorological, and hydrologic conditions, and the control points of secondary pile hole cleaning, underwater concrete construction technology, and the prevention and treatment-related issues, etc. This paper has high reference value for similar projects.
