氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定玉米中的总砷,其常用的样品前处理方式有常压湿法处理、干法处理、微波处理和高压处理等几种。采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法对上述4种消化方式处理的玉米进行测定分析,以探讨4种消化方式的适用性。试验结果表明:干法处理实验结果明显偏低,其它三种处理方式实验结果虽然令人满意,但微波处理和高压处理全程需要时间较长,所需酸量较大,且成本高;而湿法处理玉米中的总砷,具有原理简单、消化完全、成本低、过程容易控制、损失少、一批可以处理多份样品、误差小等优点。
氫化物髮生原子熒光光譜法測定玉米中的總砷,其常用的樣品前處理方式有常壓濕法處理、榦法處理、微波處理和高壓處理等幾種。採用氫化物髮生原子熒光光譜法對上述4種消化方式處理的玉米進行測定分析,以探討4種消化方式的適用性。試驗結果錶明:榦法處理實驗結果明顯偏低,其它三種處理方式實驗結果雖然令人滿意,但微波處理和高壓處理全程需要時間較長,所需痠量較大,且成本高;而濕法處理玉米中的總砷,具有原理簡單、消化完全、成本低、過程容易控製、損失少、一批可以處理多份樣品、誤差小等優點。

There are several sample pretreatment ways commonly used on determination of total arsenic in corn by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, which contain wet processing, dry processing, microwave treatment and high pressure treatment. In this paper , the 4 kinds of sample pretreatment ways were analyzed respectively. The results showed that:the dry processing representation was obviously on the low side , the other three ways to deal with the experimental results were satisfactory , but the microwave treatment and high pressure treatment process took longer time, and the cost was high, the required acid was more; wet processing treatment had many advantages such as the theory was simple, low cost, easy to digest completely, the process was controllable, less loss, disposing multiple samples at the same time, small error etc.
