目的：总结心脏电风暴的救治与护理要点。方法：回顾性分析、总结17例并发心脏电风暴患者的救治与护理经过。结果：经多次电除颤并加用胺碘酮、β受体阻滞剂等药物、埋藏式心脏复律除颤器（ICD）植入、经皮冠状动脉成形术、射频消融术等综合治疗，15例顺利康复出院，2例救治无效死亡。结论：对发生心脏电风暴的患者严密监护、准确判断和及时的电除颤是抢救成功的关键。
목적：총결심장전풍폭적구치여호리요점。방법：회고성분석、총결17례병발심장전풍폭환자적구치여호리경과。결과：경다차전제전병가용알전동、β수체조체제등약물、매장식심장복률제전기（ICD）식입、경피관상동맥성형술、사빈소융술등종합치료，15례순리강복출원，2례구치무효사망。결론：대발생심장전풍폭적환자엄밀감호、준학판단화급시적전제전시창구성공적관건。
Objective: To summarize the highlight of the treatment and nursing of perioper-ative cardiac electrical storm complicated. Methods: A retro-spective analysis of the treatment and nursing of cardiac electrical storm (17 cases) complicated was performed. Results: Comprehensive treatment measures including multiple defibri-llation, pacemakers and injection of amiodarone,β-blockers, buried type cardioversion defibrillator (ICD) and percutaneous coronary angioplasty were applied. 15 patients were successfully discharged and 2 patients died. Conclusion: For patients with cardiac electrical storm, strict monitoring, accurate judgment and timely electrical defibrillation is the key to successful rescue.
