目的：探讨胫骨平台骨折术后感染的对策与治疗。方法：回顾分析11例胫骨平台骨折手术治疗，术后发生感染的原因、治疗，讨论预防措施、治疗方法。结论：对于胫骨平台骨折术后发生软组织感染，甚至骨及内固定外露的病例，尤其感染、骨及内固定的外露的病例治疗困难，外固定架，VSD及组织皮瓣的应用大大提高了临床治疗效果。
목적：탐토경골평태골절술후감염적대책여치료。방법：회고분석11례경골평태골절수술치료，술후발생감염적원인、치료，토론예방조시、치료방법。결론：대우경골평태골절술후발생연조직감염，심지골급내고정외로적병례，우기감염、골급내고정적외로적병례치료곤난，외고정가，VSD급조직피판적응용대대제고료림상치료효과。
Objective: To explore the strategies and treatment of postoperative infection of tibial plateau fractures. Methods: 11 cases of tibial plateau fractures were treated by surgical treatment; postoperative infection of the cause, discussion of preventive measures, treatment method were researched. Conclusion: For tibial plateau fractures, occurring soft tissue infection, even bone and internal fixation exposed cases, especially infection, bone and internal fixation of exposed cases is difficult to treat, external fixator, the application of VSD and tissue flap greatly improves the effects of clinical treatment.
