目的：观察灵龟八法配合黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床疗效。方法随机纳入符合研究标准的患者100例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组施以黄芪建中汤治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予以灵龟八法针刺治疗。结果2星期后，观察组患者症状及体征积分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组总有效率为96.0%，对照组为84.0%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组愈显率为88.0%，对照组为62.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论灵龟八法针刺可以有效增强黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床疗效。
목적：관찰령구팔법배합황기건중탕치료비위허한형위통적림상료효。방법수궤납입부합연구표준적환자100례，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조시이황기건중탕치료，관찰조재대조조치료적기출상여이령구팔법침자치료。결과2성기후，관찰조환자증상급체정적분명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조총유효솔위96.0%，대조조위84.0%，량조비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；관찰조유현솔위88.0%，대조조위62.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론령구팔법침자가이유효증강황기건중탕치료비위허한형위통적림상료효。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy ofLing Gui Ba Fa(eight methods of the sacred tortoise) plusHuang Qi Jian Zhongdecoction in treating stomachache due to deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach.MethodTotally 100 eligible subjects were randomized into an observation group and a control group. The control group was intervened byHuang Qi Jian Zhong decoction, while the observation group was additionally given acupuncture withLing Gui Ba Faneedling method.ResultTwo weeks later, the symptom and sign score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);The total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group versus 84.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05); the recovery and markedly-effective rate was 88.0% in the observation group versus 62.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).ConclusionLing Gui Ba Faneedling method can effectively enhance the efficacy ofHuang Qi Jian Zhongdecoction in treating stomachache due to deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach.
