利用化学气相沉积的方法，获得了有周期性纳米贴片的氧化锌纤维结构。通过采用 X 射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等，对样品的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明，样品具有均匀周期性贴片纤维新型结构。讨论了样品由Sb 诱导的VS机制，并对样品室温发光进行了测试。

The chemical vapor deposition method is used to obtain a periodic nano-zinc oxide fiber patch structure.By X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and other means of morphology,the struc-ture of the samples were characterized.The results show that the samples with uniform periodicity fiber patch new struc-ture.we discuss the VS mechanism of the samples which induced by Sb,and,the room temperature luminescence of sam-ples are tested.
