目的探讨α-硫辛酸对维持性血液透析患者周围神经病变的临床疗效.方法 60例患有周围神经病变并接受维持性血液透析的尿毒症患者采用数字表法随机分为治疗组和血液透析组,每组各30例.血液透析组给予单纯血液透析治疗,每周3次,每次4h;治疗组在常规血液净化的基础上加用α-硫辛酸.治疗8周后,分别对患者的临床症状、血清中氧化应激指标和外周神经感觉传导速度的改善情况进行对比分析.结果经过α-硫辛酸治疗后,患者的临床症状、氧化应激指标、神经传导速度均有明显改善.结论 α-硫辛酸对维持性血液透析患者的周围神经病变有治疗作用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alpha-lipoic acid in peripheral neuropathy in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 60 cases of uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis and complicated with peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the hemodialysis group,with 30 cases in each group by using the simple random.Hemodialysis group was treated with hemodialysis,3 times a week,4 hours each time;the treatment group was treated with alphalipoic acid based on the conventional blood purification.After 8 weeks' treatment,the clinical symptoms of the patients,oxidative stress in serum index and the feeling of peripheral nerve conduction velocity were compared before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment with alpha-lipoic acid,the clinical symptoms of the patients,oxidative stress indices and nerve conduction velocity were obviously improved.Conclusion Alpha-lipoic acid has therapeutic effect on peripheral neuropathy peripheral neuropathy in patients undergoing hemodialysis.
