采用数值模拟的方法,建立了二维切削齿与岩石互作用数值模拟模型,分析了破岩过程中切削齿与岩石的温度场分布规律。结果表明:切削过程中切削齿上各点温度不同;金刚石层的热影响区大于碳化钨硬质合金基体热影响区;考虑焦耳—汤姆逊冷却效应的气体钻井能为切削齿提供有效的冷却;降低钻井液的温度有利于切削齿的冷却,延长钻头使用寿命。
採用數值模擬的方法,建立瞭二維切削齒與巖石互作用數值模擬模型,分析瞭破巖過程中切削齒與巖石的溫度場分佈規律。結果錶明:切削過程中切削齒上各點溫度不同;金剛石層的熱影響區大于碳化鎢硬質閤金基體熱影響區;攷慮焦耳—湯姆遜冷卻效應的氣體鑽井能為切削齒提供有效的冷卻;降低鑽井液的溫度有利于切削齒的冷卻,延長鑽頭使用壽命。

Adopt the method of numerical simulation,and establish a two-dimensional numerical simulation model of cutter and rock interaction in the process of rock fragmentation which are analyzed by the temperature field distribution of the rock and cutter.The results show that,the cutting process of cutter on each point temperature is different,the diamond layer of heat affected zone is greater than the tungsten carbide carbide substrate heat affected zone.Considering the effect of Joule-Thomson cooling gas drilling can provide effective cooling cutter,at the same time lower the temperature of the drill-ing fluid for cooling cutter and prolong the service life of drill bit.
