为确保伊犁一矿试采区安全回采及工作面顶板支护管理方式的正确选择,对其覆岩运动破坏规律进行研究。利用UDEC离散元软件进行煤层开挖数值模拟,分析煤层开挖过程中上覆岩层的运动破坏规律、顶板裂隙带高度发育规律,得出随裂隙带高度随工作面推进而增大,且当工作面推进一定距离时覆岩顶板出现台阶下沉和切顶冒落现象。研究成果为矿井顶板支护管理和安全生产提供了科学理论依据。

To ensure that the safety mining and correct choice of roof support management of the test mining area of Yili NO.1 coal mine, studies the overlying strata movement and failure pattern. Using the UDEC discrete element software to carry on the numerical simulation of coal seam excavation, analyses the movement rule of overlying strata and height growth law of the roof fracture zone during the excavation process, and come to the conclusion that the height of fracture zone increases with the advancement of working face, and when the working face advancing a certain distance, overlying roof rock appears the phenomenon: step subsidence and cutting top caving. The research results provide a scientific theoretical basis for the management of roof nursing and security production of the coal mine.
