以同煤集团煤峪口矿14#煤层410盘区81006综采工作面为例,对近距离煤层开采期间瓦斯与内因火灾防治技术进行探讨。分析了煤自燃和瓦斯爆炸共生造成复合型灾害的威胁。通过采取巷道封闭抽放、穿层钻孔抽放的瓦斯治理措施和采空区注氮、邻近工作面注浆一体化火灾防治技术,81006工作面正常生产期间上隅角瓦斯浓度始终保持在0??8%以下、CO 浓度在0??001%左右,上覆采空区内 CO 浓度保持在0??005%以下,氧气浓度保持在3%~7%左右。

With 81006 fully mechanized working face of 410 panel of 14 # coal seam of Meiyukou coal mine in Datong Coal Mine Group Co??,Ltd?? as an example,the prevention and control technology of gas and coal spontaneous for close distance coal seam during mining period was discussed,and then,the threat of the compound type disaster of coal spontaneous combusG tion and gas explosion was analyzed?? By taking the gas control measures of roadway closed drainG age and layerGthrough drilling drainage and the integrated coal spontaneous combustion prevenG tion and control technology of goaf nitrogen injection and grouting by the nearby working face, the gas concentration of return corner of 81006 working face always keeps in below 0??8% and the concentration of carbon monoxide is about 0??001% during normal production,the concentration of carbon monoxide in the overlying goaf remains below the 0??005% and the oxygen concentraG tion maintains at around 3% to 7%.
