将制造系统与生物有机体进行类比分析，提出了有机制造系统的概念。为了尽快消除其运行过程中不确定扰动的影响，借鉴生物免疫机制，提出了有机制造系统的免疫监控模型及其运行机制，并分析了异常扰动因素的免疫识别、评估、学习、记忆以及调节控制等模块的功能和实现方法。重点探讨了基于群决策的模糊层次分析法的系统免疫力指数模型，通过在试验平台上进行仿真试验，验证了免疫力指数评估方法的有效性。

The analogy analysis of manufacturing systems and biological organisms system is done,and we put forward the concept of organic production system.In order to eliminate uncertain disturbances during the organic manufacturing sys-tem operation process as soon as possible,propose the immune monitoring model of organic manufacturing system by the reference of biological immune system mechanism.The implementation method of immune recognition,assessment,learn-ing,memory and regulating control in the condition of the abnormal disturbance factors is investigated .Then the system’s immunity index assessment model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process of group decision making is emphatically ana-lyzed,and the effectiveness of immunity index assessment method is verified by simulation experiment on the experiment platform.
