南庄煤矿根据不同煤层的开采强度、瓦斯来源和瓦斯涌出量等情况,制定了不同的瓦斯综合治理措施。针对12#煤层瓦斯含量和上邻近层瓦斯含量高的情况,在12#煤层初采和正常回采期间,逐步形成了高位钻孔和低位钻孔相结合的瓦斯综合治理技术;15#煤层工作面开采强度较大,本煤层瓦斯含量低,瓦斯主要来源于上邻近层,采用了开采解放层和利用高抽巷两种瓦斯治理方式。上述针对性措施有效提高了矿井瓦斯抽采量,减少了因瓦斯超限造成的停产,杜绝了瓦斯事故,保证了矿井安全生产。

According to the mining intensity and the gas source and the gas emission quantity of different coal seams in Nanzhuang Coal Mine,the comprehensive gas treatment measures were established?? Aiming at the high gas content of the No??12 coal seam and its upper adjacent coal seam,the comprehensive gas treatment technique,which was comprised of the gas drainage through high and low boreholes,was gradually formed during the initial and normal mining of No??12 coal seam?? Furthermore,the gas treatment measures of liberated seam mining and gas drainage through high drainage roadway were adopted in the No??15 coal seam which the gas mainly came from upper adjacent coal seam and the mining intensity was big and the gas content was low?? Above targeted measures effectively improved the gas drainage quantity,reduced stop production caused by gas overrun,put an end to the gas accident,and ensured coal mine safety production.
