为解决相邻工作面采煤机撤除、安装环节对工作现场人员和设备带来的不安全因素，减小劳动强度，减少成本投入，在3下512里工作面撤除采煤机，3下512外工作面安装采煤机的过程中，创新实施了采煤机免拆整体跳切眼，成功的通过采煤机自身动力牵引至待安装工作面，提高了施工的安全系数和劳动效率，降低了成本，为今后采煤机的撤除、安装总结了经验。
