为解决相邻工作面采煤机撤除、安装环节对工作现场人员和设备带来的不安全因素,减小劳动强度,减少成本投入,在3下512里工作面撤除采煤机,3下512外工作面安装采煤机的过程中,创新实施了采煤机免拆整体跳切眼,成功的通过采煤机自身动力牵引至待安装工作面,提高了施工的安全系数和劳动效率,降低了成本,为今后采煤机的撤除、安装总结了经验。

To solve the unsafe factors caused by the machine removal and installation the adjacent working surface, reduce labor intensity, reduce the cost of inputs, in the process of removing shearer from the 3512 inside working face to3512 working face, the implementation of the innovative that the shearer moves as the whole, and successfully pulled the shearer to the work surface by its traction, which improves the safety coefficient of construction, improves the working efifciency, reduces the cost, and summed up the installation experience for future mining machine removal.
