通过合成氨流程模拟的建立，分析了水冷器出口温度及氨冷器出口温度对系统产能及能耗的影响。根据实际情况优化得出最经济的运行温度为：水冷器出口温度为35～37℃，氨冷器出口温度为－8～－6℃。

Through the establishment of the ammonia process simulations,the impact of water cooler outlet temperature and the ammonia cooling outlet temperature on system capacity and energy consumption are analyzed.According to the actual situation,the most optimized economic operating temperature is:water cooler outlet temperature 35 ~37 ℃,ammonia cooler outlet temperature -8 ~-6 ℃.
