介绍了利用含碘溶液制备三水碘化锂的生产工艺,研究了反应条件对三水碘化锂纯度的影响。结果表明:反应温度为45℃,n(碳酸锂)/n(碘离子)=1.2∶1,反应时间为1 h,搅拌速度为200 r/min 时,制备的产品纯度可达98.1%。

This paper introduced the production process using an iodine solution for preparation of lithium iodide trihydrate,the effects of reaction conditions on the purity of the lithium iodide trihydrate was studied.The results showed that the control of reaction temperature as 45℃,the material ratio as 1.2:1,re-action time as 1h,stirring speed as 200r/min,the purity of the product can be reached 98.1% .
