氮膨胀制冷天然气液化工艺流程是常用的LNG工艺流程,我国LNG技术起步较晚,缺乏对于该流程的设计和模拟计算研究。针对典型的进厂原料天然气组分进行液化情况的物性计算,完成氮膨胀制冷天然气液化工艺的计算,实现了原料天然气的净化和液化。分别进行高、低压制冷剂压力对液化工艺影响的计算,得出其对比功耗和液化率的影响规律。

Nitrogen expansion refrigeration natural gas liquefaction process is a common process of LNG peak-shaving. The development of LNG technology in our country starts late.Simulation studies of design of the process are still lacking. Liquefaction of typical natural gas components into the plant is calculated and the design of peak-shaving nitrogen expansion refrigeration natural gas liquefaction process is completed.Purification and liquefaction of raw natural gas is accomplished. The calculation of impact on the liquefaction process by high and low-pressure refrigerant is accomplished and the influence on power and liquefaction rate by it is obtained.
