将黏度580 mPa· s的二甲基硅油和气相法白炭黑反应制成硅膏，再加入黏度为50 mPa· s的低黏度甲基硅油、 Span 80与Tween 80的复合乳化剂以及水制得有机硅消泡剂。较佳工艺条件是：硅膏制备温度控制在150℃，反应时间为5～8 h；采用黏度50 mPa· s左右的甲基硅油与硅膏混合制备消泡剂，复合乳化剂的HLB值为10，水的用量为90 g，温度控制在45℃，水的滴加时间为60 min，反应时间为60 min，得到的消泡剂的消泡效果优良，消泡时间为26～30 s，抑泡时间为253～312 s。

A new emulsion silicone antifoaming agent was prepared with fumed silica and methyl silicone oil with viscosity of 580 mPa· s as the raw materials .The raw materials were mixed with emulsion complex of Span 80 and Tween 80 and water .The optimal process conditions were that temperature of silicon paste at 150℃, reaction time of 5~8 h.The antifoaming agent prepared by viscosity of 50 mPa· s of methyl silicone oil, complex’s HLB value of 10, 45℃, 90g water with dropping for 60 min, 60 min reaction time, the anti-foaming agent has good performance , 26~30s defoaming time and 253~312s inhibitting time.
