目的:建立复方银杏叶口服液中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长360nm。结果:在4.81440μg·mL-1~60.18000μg·mL-1浓度范围内槲皮素的峰面积和浓度具有良好的线性关系,R=0.99992;平均回收率为98.77%,RSD=0.84%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、可靠、重复性好,适用于复方银杏叶口服液的质量控制。

목적:건립복방은행협구복액중곡피소적함량측정방법。방법:고효액상색보법,채용C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)색보주;갑순-0.4%린산용액(50:50)위류동상;류속1.0mL·min-1;검측파장360nm。결과:재4.81440μg·mL-1~60.18000μg·mL-1농도범위내곡피소적봉면적화농도구유량호적선성관계,R=0.99992;평균회수솔위98.77%,RSD=0.84%(n=9)。결론:본방법준학、가고、중복성호,괄용우복방은행협구복액적질량공제。
Objective:To establish an assay of determination of Quercetin in Compound ginkgo leaf oral liqiud by HPLC.Method:HPLC was carried out on a C18 (250 ×4.6mm,5μm) column;The mobile phase consisted of methanol –0.4% phosphoric acid solutions (50:50) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wave length was 360nm.Results:The standard curve was in good linearity in the range of 4.81440μg·mL-1~60.18000μg·mL-1,R=0.99992 for determination of its related substances.The average recovery rate was 98.77% with RSD of 0.84%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible .The method can be used for the quality control of Compound ginkgo leaf oral liqiud.
