针对压阻式传感器存在的温度漂移误差和输出信号非线性误差,提出采用ZSC31015传感器信号调理芯片进行误差补偿的方案。描述了传感器补偿系统的整体构架,阐述了ZSC31015的硬件结构、软件设计以及对传感器的补偿过程。试验结果表明,采用上位机补偿校准软件对传感器补偿后,输出信号在较宽的温度范围内与压力呈良好的线性关系,并具有操作效率高的优点。

To against the temperature drift error and nonlinear error of output signal existing in piezoresistive sensors,the error compensation scheme by adopting ZSX31015 signal conditioning chip is proposed. The basic framework of the sensor compensation system is described, and the hardware structure of ZSC31015, software design and the compensation process for the sensor are elaborated. The experimental results show that having been compensated by host computer compensation and calibration software, the better linear relationship between output signal and pressure in wider range is realized, and high operating efficiency is offered.
