在现代大型水利水电建筑中,双吊点液压启闭机开启弧形闸门的溢流设备布置方式已经得到广泛应用,这在很大程度上得益于开度检测装置以及PLC性能的不断提高。然而,在该型式闸门迅速推广的同时,对其纠偏控制精度以及故障判断处理的要求又在一定程度上阻碍着它的发展。为了提高泄洪闸自动化运行水平,保障深溪沟水电站溢洪设施的安全运行,结合深溪沟泄洪闸工作门检修实践,对双吊点液压启闭弧形闸门系统纠偏控制原理展开了分析研究,并对PLC控制程序的计算方法进行了优化。运用实践表明,优化后的控制程序是成功的,因为它有效地消除了故障的成因。对泄洪闸工作门的纠偏控制原理及其实现方法、纠偏控制程序的优化过程等状况作了介绍。

Owing to the performance improvement of the gate opening detection device and PLC, the overflow structure layout, in which double lifting point hydraulic hoist is used to open the radial gate, has been widely applied in large modern hydraulic structures. However, the strict requirement for rectification and control accuracy as well as fault diagnosis and treatment hinders its further application in a certain degree. To improve the automatic level of the flood discharge gate and ensure the safe operation of the overflow structures of Shenxigou Hydropower Station, the rectification and control principle for the radial gate system of double lifting point hydraulic hoist is researched in combination with the overhaul practice of the gate system, and in turn the cal-culation program of PLC are optimized. The practice show that the optimized control program is successful, which can effectively eliminate the faults of gate system.
