为了降低功耗和减少发热,以确保电磁流量计长期稳定、可靠地工作,对电磁流量计的高低压电源切换励磁控制系统进行改进。去掉高压电源激励回路中的电流旁路电路,减少高压电源工作时的消耗;使用MOS管替代H桥开关电路高压侧桥臂中使用的达林顿管,减小H桥开关电路的消耗和发热;使用IR2110驱动H桥,加快开关管的开通和关断的过程。同时,研制新的恒流源控制电路,有效减小高低压电源切换励磁控制系统的消耗。试验测试表明,改进后电磁流量计的高低压电源切换励磁控制系统的功耗降低了43%。
為瞭降低功耗和減少髮熱,以確保電磁流量計長期穩定、可靠地工作,對電磁流量計的高低壓電源切換勵磁控製繫統進行改進。去掉高壓電源激勵迴路中的電流徬路電路,減少高壓電源工作時的消耗;使用MOS管替代H橋開關電路高壓側橋臂中使用的達林頓管,減小H橋開關電路的消耗和髮熱;使用IR2110驅動H橋,加快開關管的開通和關斷的過程。同時,研製新的恆流源控製電路,有效減小高低壓電源切換勵磁控製繫統的消耗。試驗測試錶明,改進後電磁流量計的高低壓電源切換勵磁控製繫統的功耗降低瞭43%。

In order to reduce power consumption and heat generation for ensuring long term stable and reliable operation of the electromagnetic flowmeters, the switching excitation control system of the high/low voltage power supplies for electromagnetic flowmeters has been improved. The current bypass circuit in excitation loop of high voltage power supply is removed to decrease power consumption of high voltage power supply in operation; and the Darlington transistors used in high voltage bridge arm of the H-bridge are replaced by MOS FETs to decrease the consumption and heat generation of H-bridge switching circuit;the H-bridge is driven by using IR2110, to speed up the process of ON/OFF. In addition, the new type of control circuit of constant current source is developed for effectively reducing the power consumption of the control system. The experimental tests show that power consumption of this improved system is decreased by 43%.
