为了确保柔性排缆绞车能够正常工作,在LabVIEW平台上开发了缆车自动检测系统。系统利用LabVIEW中的VISA技术,解决了上位机与SEW变频器的串口通信问题,并通过LabVIEW前面板实时读取变频器与电机的工作状态。实验表明,该检测系统具有开发周期短、可靠性高、实现简单方便、维护便捷的特点,为后续柔性排缆绞车的精确控制提供了很好的技术支持。
為瞭確保柔性排纜絞車能夠正常工作,在LabVIEW平檯上開髮瞭纜車自動檢測繫統。繫統利用LabVIEW中的VISA技術,解決瞭上位機與SEW變頻器的串口通信問題,併通過LabVIEW前麵闆實時讀取變頻器與電機的工作狀態。實驗錶明,該檢測繫統具有開髮週期短、可靠性高、實現簡單方便、維護便捷的特點,為後續柔性排纜絞車的精確控製提供瞭很好的技術支持。

In order to ensure the normal operation of flexible cabling winch, the automatic detection system has been developed for cable car on LabVIEW platform. The VISA technology in LabVIEW is adoped to realize the serial communication between host computer and SEW inverter. The operation status of the inverter and motor can be read in real time via LabVIEW front panel. The tests indicate that the detection system features short develping cycle, high reliability, ease to operation and maintenance. It provides well technonical support subsequently for previse control of flexible cabling winches.
