针对电动汽车制动能回收的问题,采用超级电容为储能器件,无刷直流电机的制动能通过BUCK斩波器以恒流充电的方式给超级电容充电,既能回收制动能又使制动力矩可控。采用电流闭环负反馈,自动调节BUCK斩波器的占空比,达到恒流充电的目的。仿真实验表明:这种方法是可行的、有效的。

For the problem of electric vehicle braking energy recovery, using the super capacitor as energy storage device, the braking energy of Brushless DC motor charging the super capacitor with the constant current charge by BUCK chopper, not only recovers the braking energy but also makes the brake torque controllable. Negative feedback of current closed-loop was adopted, and the duty cycle of the BUCK chopper is adjusted automatically, which achieves the constant current charging. The simulation experiment shows that this method is feasible and effective.
