大型混凝土坝浇筑是一项复杂的系统工程,计算机仿真可为工程设计管理人员提供大量的数据信息,如何根据这些信息逼真地演示浇筑过程并提供实时查询是优化仿真系统的关键。采用近几年流行的开源图形引擎OGRE开发了一套可视化系统,创建了三维可视化与数值仿真的集成模型,使施工方案改变时可视化系统能够同步更新而不需要重新建模;采用粒子系统模拟场景特效可提高可视化系统的真实感;基于OGRE框架改进的漫游功能使虚拟场景交互更友好。工程实践表明,系统能直观呈现各建筑物部位的时空状态和逻辑关系,可为优化施工组织设计提供有力的分析工具。

The large concrete dam construction is a complicated systematic project, the computer simulation technology can provide massive data for engineers, how to demonstrate the dam pouring process vividly and provide real-time computer query are keys to the success of optimal simulation system. A RCC dam construction process visualization simulation is developed by in-troducing the widely used open source graphics engine OGRE. The system development created an integration model of three-di-mensional visualization and numerical simulation system, which can synchronously update the visualization system with construc-tion scheme change without the demand of rebuilding the model. The system also improves the reality sense of visualization mod-ule through simulating scene effects by particle system and the OGRE-based improved roam function makes the virtual scene in-teraction more friendly. The practice shows that the system can intuitively reflect the spatial and temporal states of various parts of buildings and provide a powerful tool for construction organization and design.
