本文针对传统的热值修正方法不能适应多煤种掺烧工况的问题,设计了一种基于多煤种掺烧的分层热值修正技术,实现了煤热值快速、平滑地自动修正,大大减小了启停磨等工况的扰动,有利于锅炉燃烧和机组调节系统的稳定,为低热值煤掺烧工况下机组的安全稳定运行提供保障,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
本文針對傳統的熱值脩正方法不能適應多煤種摻燒工況的問題,設計瞭一種基于多煤種摻燒的分層熱值脩正技術,實現瞭煤熱值快速、平滑地自動脩正,大大減小瞭啟停磨等工況的擾動,有利于鍋爐燃燒和機組調節繫統的穩定,為低熱值煤摻燒工況下機組的安全穩定運行提供保障,併在實際應用中取得瞭良好的效果。

Aiming at the problem of traditional BTU technology that cannot adapt to the blended coal combustion, a kind of Stratified BTU technology based on Blended Coal Combustion is designed. The automatic correction of coal calorific value is realized quickly and smoothly, and the disturbance of start-stopping mill and other conditions is greatly reduced. It is good for boiler's combustion and the stability of unit's regulation system, and also provides security for the safe and stable operation of the unit under the condition of low calorific value coal blending. The good applications have been achieved.
