目的 探讨子宫加压缝合法治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果,评估其临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析我院妇产科收治的20例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者,采用子宫加压缝合术治疗,观察术中及术后出血量、临床效果和术后恢复情况.结果 术中出血量为680~1010 ml,术后出血量为380~1100 ml,经治疗后19例患者出血得到有效控制,有效率为95%,仅1例患者经子宫加压缝合后子宫仍不收缩,出血量高达3000 ml,立即行子宫次全切除术,均治愈出院.结论 子宫加压缝合法治疗子宫收缩乏力性茶后出血临床疗效确切,能够快速止血、操作简便,值得临床推广.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage, and evaluate its clinical application value.Methods:A retrospective analysis of Department of gynaecology and obstetrics in our hospital 20 cases of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage, the uterine compression suture in the treatment, observed after intraoperative and postoperative hemorrhage after volume, clinical effect and postoperative recovery.Results: Bleeding 680~1010 ml) of postoperative bleeding 380~1100 ml, after the treatment of 19 cases of hemorrhage was controlled effectively, efficiency is 95%, only 1 patient after uterine compression sutures, the uterus is contractive, bleeding amount up to 3000 ml, immediately subtotal hysterectomy, were cured and discharged after.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of uterine compression suture in treating uterine inertia bleeding after uterine contraction is exact, and it can quickly stop bleeding, easy operation, worthy of clinical promotion.
