目的 探讨在医院手术室选择优质护理方案干预的价值评价.方法 随机将近期到本院择期接受手术治疗的182例患者均分成两组,对照组91例根据常规手术室标准进行护理,观察组91例选择优质护理方案干预,研究两组的临床干预情况.结果 观察组干预后的临床满意度、患者配合度相比对照组明显增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的术前焦虑及舒适度评分基本接近,不具统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组两项评分相比对照组均有更明显的改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在医院手术室护理中融入优质护理理念展开干预,可有效促进患者的手术配合,减轻患者负面情绪,并提高其舒适度与满意度,适合加强推广.

Objective: To investigate the value of nursing intervention in the operation room in the hospital.Methods:Randomly near to the hospital underwent surgical treatment of 182 cases of patients were divided into two groups, the control group (91 cases) according to the conventional operating room standard care, observation group (91 cases) to choose the high quality nursing intervention, two groups of clinical intervention study.Results: The clinical satisfaction and the degree of the patients satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and it was statistically signif-icant (P<0.05). Before the intervention, the two group of preoperative anxiety and comfort score to was not statistically significant (P>0.05), intervention, observation group score compared to control group were more obvious improvement, statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the hospital operating room nursing into the concept of high quality nursing intervention, can be effective in promoting cooperation in surgical patients, alleviate the negative emotion of patients and improve the comfort and satisfaction, for strengthening the promotion.
