目的 探讨Edwards MC3成形环三尖瓣成形术后的近、中期效果,评价其优势作用.方法 将我科2010年2月至2014年2月收治心脏病(包括风湿性心瓣膜病、房间隔缺损等)伴发中、重度三尖瓣关闭不全患者106例,根据三尖瓣手术不同处理方式分为两组:DeVega组和MC3组,术后定期评估心功能及超声心动图检查,比较两组患者不同时间段三尖瓣的返流情况.结果 术后两组患者均无死亡.随访106例,随访时间0.5至2.0年.术后心功能分级均较术前明显改善2-3级;两组患者3个月、1年和2年MC3组三尖瓣返流明显少于DeVega组(P<0.05); MC3组患者三尖瓣返流的复发率明显降低(P<0.05).结论 应用Edwards MC3成形环行三尖瓣成形术,其近、中期效果明显优于De-Vega成形术.

Objective: To study the effects of near and medium-term of the tricuspid valve in patients with moderate and severe insufficiency of using Edwards MC3 forming ring,then evaluate of the advantages.Methods:106 cases of patients (in-cluding rheumatic valvular heart disease, pathogenesy, etc.)with moderate and severe tricuspid regurgitation were enrolled in our department from February 2010 to Febru ary 2014.There are divided into two groups including DeVega and Edwards MC3 group according to different operation methods. Postoperative evaluation of cardiac functionand and echocardiography were on a reg-ular basis . we compared to the conditions of tricuspid regurgitation of two groups in different periods of postoperative.Results:There were not died in two groups of patients. 106 cases were followed up for from 0.5 to 2.0 years.Postoperative cardiac func-tion class than preoperative obviously improved from 2 to 3. After 3 months, 1 year and 2 years ,the echocardiography hinted of tricuspid regurgitation of Edwards MC3 group was obviously less than DeVega group (P<0.05). Compared two groups, Edwards MC3group tricuspid regurgitation in patients with recurrence rate significantly decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of near and medium-term of the tricuspid valve in patients with moderate and severe insufficiency of using Edwards MC3 forming ring is obviously better than DeVega plasty.
