目的 分析和探讨超声联合宫腔镜治疗内突型壁间子宫肌瘤的临床效果.方法 选取我院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的70例内突型壁间子宫肌瘤患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组患者给予开腹手术治疗,观察组患者接受超声联合宫腔镜治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果作比较分析.结果 观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均低于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),复发率无明显差异.结论 在内突型壁间子宫肌瘤治疗中,超声联合宫腔镜能明显减少术中创伤,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,疗效安全可靠,可进行临床推广应用.

Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of ultrasonic combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine fibroids with sudden wall.Methods:Selected in our hospital in 2013 from Jan uary in January of 70 cases in sudden wall between patients with myoma of uterus, according to a random number table method and divided into control group (n = 35) and observation group (n = 35). Patients in the control group received laparotomy in the treatment of, the patients in the obser-vation group received ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients for comparative analysis.Results: The amount of bleeding, operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the recurrence rate was not significantly different.Conclusion:Sudden intramural uterine fibroids treatment, ul-trasound combined with hysteroscopy can significantly reduce the surgical trauma, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, safe and reliable curative effect, clinical application.
