目的 探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊良性病变并胆总管结石中的临床疗效以及应用价值.方法 选取在我院治疗的胆囊良性病变并胆总管结石患者190例,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者予以腹腔镜联合胆道镜的治疗方法 ,对照组予以经典胆管结石手术,观察两组患者的术中出血情况、手术时间、住院时间以及恢复情况.结果 实验组患者的术中出血情况、手术时间、住院时间以及恢复情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊良性病变并胆总管结石中的临床疗效显著,安全有效并无严重的不良反应,可以在临床上使用并值得广泛推广.

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and the application value of laparoscopic combined with biliary en-doscopy in the treatment of benign gallbladder lesions and common bile duct stones.Methods:Selected in our hospital treatment of gallbladder benign lesions and common bile duct stones in patients with 190 cases, the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, be of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of patients in the ex-perimental group, the control group was treated with the classical calculus of bile duct observed, the blood loss in operation of two groups of patients, operative time, hospitalization time and recovery.Results: The bleeding conditions, operation time, hospital-ization time and recovery of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differenc-es were statistically significant (P<0.05) in the experimental group.Conclusion:Laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of gallbladder benign lesions and common bile duct stones: clinical curative effect, safe and effective with no serious adverse reactions can in clinical use and it is worth popularizing widely.
