目的 探讨优化曝光条件结合灰度直方图调窗术在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)床旁CR胸部摄影中的应用价值.方法 512例NICU患者随机分为两组,观察组采用优化曝光条件摄影;对照组采用常规曝光条件摄影,共取得胸片607张,分别运用经验法和直方图调窗法处理CR原始图片并存档,专家组对图像质量进行分级评定,采用统计学进行比较分析.结果 607张胸片中,甲级片547张,乙级片45张,丙级片15张.优化曝光条件摄影与常规曝光条件摄影图像质量比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=19.42,P<0.05);经验法与灰度直方图调窗法图像质量比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=31.43,P<0.01).结论 优化曝光条件摄影结合灰度直方图调窗术能明显提高NICU床旁CR胸片质量.

Objective: Discussion on optimization conditions of exposure photography combines histogram adjusting win-dow operation in the neonatal intensive care unit ( NICU ) CR chest photography bedside application value.Methods:512 cases of NICU were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group used to optimize the conditions of exposure photogra-phy; the control group using conventional photography exposure conditions, obtain the chest radiographs of 607, using empirical method and the histogram adjusting window method to treat CR original photo archive, please expert group on the image quality was graded evaluation using statistics, comparative analysis.Results: 607in chest, a piece of 547a, B45, C15piece. Optimization of conditions of exposure photography and photographic image quality compared to conventional exposure condition, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=19.42,P<0.05 ); empirical method and histogram adjusting window method comparison of im-age quality, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=31.43,P<0.01).Conclusion:Optimization of conditions of exposure photography combined with histogram window adjusting operation can significantly increase the NICU CR bedside chest film quality.
