目的 探讨在肝功能检验过程中溶血样本对结果 准确性的影响.方法 选择近段时间到我院行健康体检的70例正常人充当受试对象,晨起空腹取血样4mL,通过日立生产的全自动生化分析仪(型号:7600-010)测定其样本在溶血与未溶血情况下的ALT、AST、IgG和PT等肝功能指标水平变化情况.结果 ①在肝细胞损伤指标中,除ALP、GGT值外,溶血样本的其他两项(ALT值和AST值)指标相比未溶血样本的有明显增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05).②在肝细胞合成代谢功能指标中,溶血样本的TP、ALB等指标值相比未溶血样本的明显增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05).③在TBIL和DBIL指标上,溶血样本的TBIL值相比未溶血样本有明显增高,而DBIL值有明显下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 规范肝功能检验工作,尽量避免溶血现象,是获取准确的检测结果 的重要保障.

Objective: To investigate the effect of hemolysis sample on the accuracy of the results in the process of liver function test.Methods:Close paragraph of time to our hospital health examination of 70 cases of normal people as subjects, the early morning fasting blood 4ml, by Hitachi automatic biochemical analyzer (model: 7600-010 determination of the sample in hemolysis and not hemolysis of alt, AST, IgG and Pt and other liver function indexes change situation.Results: 1 in the index of liver cell damage, in addition to the ALP, GGT values, hemolytic samples of the other two (ALT and AST value) index compared to non hemolytic samples have significantly increased, statistical significance (P<0.05). And TP in the metabolic function of liver cells, the index values of and ALB were significantly higher than that of the non hemolytic samples, which was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). On the TBIL and DBIL index, the TBIL value of the hemolytic samples was significantly higher than the non hemolytic samples, while the DBIL value was significantly decreased, and it was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:It is important to regulate the function of liver function and avoid the phenomenon of hemolysis.
