目的 本实验旨在探究缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的神经损伤中,临床联合使用NBNA和MRI检测为其做损伤预判,进一步探究NBNA与MRI在HIE神经损伤中的关联.方法 选择大庆市人民医院医院于2011年至2014年收治并确诊为缺氧缺血性脑病的患儿70例,分别于出生后5~7天,12~14天,28天行NBNA评估及MRI检查,并随访至1岁,根据HIE的临床分度标准,分别在NBNA的评分值和MRI异常率设立轻、中、重实验组.结果 不同日龄的轻、中、重组的HIE患儿NBNA评估值以及MRI异常率存在显著差异,其病情程度越重,NBNA评估值越低,MRI异常率也越高.结论 缺氧缺血性脑病神经损伤中,NBNA评估与MRI检测成一定程度的线性负关联.

Objective: This study was designed to explore the hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) of nerve injury, joint use of clinical and MRI detection NBNA do damage to their pre-judgment, to further explore the NBNA associated with MRI in HIE nerve injury.Methods:XX admitted to hospital xx xx year to year and diagnosed with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopa-thy in children 60 cases, respectively, in 5~7 days after birth, 12~14 days, 28 days NBNA line assessment and MRI, and followed up to 1 year old, according to HIE clinical indexing standards were set up light, medium and heavy in the experimental group and the control group's scores and MRI NBNA abnormal rate.Results: The age of light, HIE children NBNA assessed value, the rate of recombination and MRI abnormalities were significantly different, the more severe the disease, the lower the assessed value NBNA, MRI abnormality rate is also higher.Conclusion:Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy nerve injury, NBNA assessment and MRI detect a certain degree of negative linear correlation.
