The argon knife of the fiber bronchoscopy%the injection drug treatment%the tuberculous bronchial stenosis
目的 探讨经纤维支气管镜氩气刀联合注射药物治疗结核性支气管狭窄的治疗效果.方法 选取2013到2014年在我院治疗的40例结核性支气管狭窄患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20例,其中对照组采取经纤维支气管镜氩气刀治疗,实验组采取经纤维支气管镜氩气刀联合注射药物治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 通过治疗,两组患者经治疗后,基本症状都有了明显改善.其中对照组显效10例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率为80%;实验组显效15例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为90%.两组治疗效果对比,实验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采取经纤维支气管镜氩气刀联合注射药物治疗结核性支气管狭窄,效果明显,值得在临床上推广和使用.

Objective: To investigate the effect of the treatment of the treatment of tuberculous bronchial stenosis by com-bining the argon knife with a fiber and bronchoscopy.Methods:A total of 2013 to 2014 in our hospital treatment of 40 cases of tuberculosis bronchial stenosis were random divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The con-trol group adopted by fiber bronchoscope argon knife treatment, the experimental group take by fiber bronchoscope argon knife injection combined with drug treatment, therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the basic symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved. The control group 10 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 80%; in the experimental group, 15 cases were excellent, 3 cases were ef-fective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 90%. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared, experimental group the total efficiency was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with the treatment of tuberculosis bronchial stenosis with the combined use of the argon knife with a fiber and bronchoscopy, the effect is obvious, and it is worth promoting and using in clinic.
