This article introduces the principle of AFS,a brief review of the determination of the As,Sb,Bi,Se,Ge in coal sample.Through the establishment of atomic fluorescence method ,instrument conditions setting and results corrective,put forward the research with adenauer reagent dissolve ore sample preparation method to determine the coal samples of As,Sb,Bi,Se,Ge.The result shows that this method has high accuracy and sensitivity good characteristics,fully meet the requirements of the actual sample analysis.
