Based on careful analysis of Jiangdu District of Yangzhou City ,geological environmental conditions and human engineering activities,this paper expounds the riverbank collapse,ground subsidence and special type of rock and soil (clay,sand) the development and distribution characteristics of disasters,are prone to geological hazards division,and proposes the corresponding geological disaster prevention measures,provides the scientific basis for the relevant government departments to formulate disaster prevention and reduction and social development planning.
