复杂海杂波中的目标检测一直是一个探索性强、难度大的研究领域[1],在非相参对海雷达检测领域,单帧恒虚警、多帧的TBD技术均会带来较大的虚警,文章提出一种多帧数据相关性积累算法,利用海杂波的帧间非相关性进行海杂波抑制与目标检测,解决了快速目标帧间跨距离单元、方位单元的帧间数据相关积累问题.经实际采集数据验证,比单帧恒虚警检测有较好的处理效果.
複雜海雜波中的目標檢測一直是一箇探索性彊、難度大的研究領域[1],在非相參對海雷達檢測領域,單幀恆虛警、多幀的TBD技術均會帶來較大的虛警,文章提齣一種多幀數據相關性積纍算法,利用海雜波的幀間非相關性進行海雜波抑製與目標檢測,解決瞭快速目標幀間跨距離單元、方位單元的幀間數據相關積纍問題.經實際採集數據驗證,比單幀恆虛警檢測有較好的處理效果.

The study of targets detection in complex sea clutter has been a difficulty region. CFAR in one scan and TBD in muti-scan can improve dim targets detection , but bring large false probability.This paper presents a new Scan-to-Scan Integration correlation (SIC) algorithms, which can reduce the clutter level and improve signal-to-clutter ration, S/C. This algorithm can detect "small, fast"targets,which would change measurement cells between scans.The real sampling Data proved SIC operates better than one scan detection in sea clutter.
